I've been up for 32 hours, minus a pair of one hour naps. I haven't tried to go this long for years, especially not with the hike we put in today. Here is the walking route of today's tour. We hit up a restaurant in town for dinner, which was very gezellig. Then our host Simon took us on a walking tour back up to Dam Square for a photo-op, over to the Red Light district, past the Oude Kerk (Old Church), down past the University of Amsterdam and down to the Rembrandtplein. Finally we got on the tram back to our hotel. Tomorrow we will visit the Van Gogh museum, the Gassan Diamonds factory, and the Heineken Experience, none of which I have been to yet. For now- sleep!
